2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most locations across the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please email us at customersupportline@edwinaanna.com to confirm availability and get a shipping quote.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website.
5. What if my mirror arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your mirror arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at customersupportline@edwinaanna.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in unused, original condition and properly packaged. Please visit our Return & Exchanges Policy for full details or email us to start the process.
7. Do you offer custom or made-to-order mirrors?
At the moment, we do not offer fully custom mirrors. However, we do carry a variety of shapes, sizes, and finishes, and we’re always updating our collection. Feel free to reach out if you’re looking for something specific — we may be able to help!
