🪞 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most mirror products, provided that the item is:

  • In its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • Packaged in the original packaging (or comparable secure packaging)
  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note that custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your mirror for a different size or style, we are happy to help. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will send the replacement product. Please be aware that exchanges are subject to product availability.


🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our mirrors, but in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives broken or defective:

  1. Contact us at customersupportline@edwinaanna.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the damage and your order number.
  3. We will assess the issue and arrange for a free replacement or full refund.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
